By using Outdoor Price Finder, you agree to these Terms of Use.

What the service does

Outdoor Price Finder provides product discovery, retailer information, price comparisons, Community Finds, local business information and related services. Unless clearly stated otherwise, products are sold by third-party retailers rather than Outdoor Price Finder.

Prices and availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing and product information useful and current, but retailer prices, stock, delivery charges and promotions can change at any time. Always confirm the final price, shipping, product details and terms on the retailer's website before purchasing.

Price comparisons

Outdoor Price Finder may not include every retailer, product or offer available in Australia. A lowest-price result refers only to offers included in the relevant comparison at that time. Unless shipping has been confirmed, we will not represent an offer as the cheapest delivered price.

Product matching

We aim to compare the same or substantially equivalent products. Model numbers, sizes, bundles and retailer descriptions may differ, so users should review retailer product details before purchasing.

Community Finds

Users may submit prices, products, retailers and local business information. Submissions may be reviewed, edited, approved, rejected or removed. Users must not knowingly submit false, misleading, unlawful or infringing information.

Business listings and partners

Businesses may be able to claim or manage listings and submit updates. Verification means we have taken reasonable steps to confirm the person or business associated with a listing; it is not an endorsement or guarantee.

Retailer subscriptions and billing

Paid retailer and advertising plans are recurring subscriptions at the interval and price displayed before payment. Submitting a retailer application does not start billing. If an application is approved, the retailer must separately complete the Stripe checkout flow before a paid subscription begins.

Retailers should review the recurring charge and renewal information shown before completing payment. A retailer may request cancellation of future renewals by replying to an Outdoor Price Finder billing or onboarding email. Cancellation requests will be actioned promptly. Cancellation does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.

OPF membership and referral rewards

OPF membership is free unless a paid feature is clearly offered separately. Referral rewards apply only to genuine new members who complete email verification. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, automated signups or other attempts to manipulate the referral program may be rejected or removed. Current reward milestones are displayed in the member panel and may be changed for future referrals, while already-awarded VIP time will be honoured subject to these Terms.

Sponsored and featured content

Some businesses may pay for advertising, featured placement or promotional visibility. Sponsored content will be identified where appropriate. Payment does not allow a business to purchase a false lowest-price ranking or alter genuine comparison results.

Affiliate relationships

Outdoor Price Finder may receive a commission when users follow certain links and make purchases. This does not determine genuine price-ranking results.

AI and MCP access

Outdoor Price Finder may provide read-only tools for AI systems to search public OPF products and retailer listings. These tools are for product discovery and comparison only. They do not create orders, process payments, change retailer or product records, or provide access to private member, retailer-admin or customer information.

AI-generated answers may summarize OPF data, so users should still confirm current price, stock, shipping, specifications and retailer terms before purchasing.

Third-party websites

We do not control third-party retailers and are not responsible for their site availability, checkout, delivery, warranties, returns, product quality or customer service. Purchases are subject to the retailer's own terms and policies.

Intellectual property

Outdoor Price Finder branding and original site content may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission except as permitted by law. Third-party trademarks, product names and images remain the property of their owners.

Misuse

Users must not submit deliberately false information, interfere with site operation or security, gain unauthorised access, impersonate others, misuse automated systems, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law. To the extent permitted by law, Outdoor Price Finder is not responsible for losses caused by outdated third-party pricing, retailer availability changes, retailer conduct or third-party website errors.

Changes

These Terms may be updated as the service develops. The latest version will be published here.
