How We Source Prices

Outdoor Price Finder brings together outdoor-product pricing from participating retailers, approved data feeds, retailer websites, partner businesses and Community Finds submitted by users.

Price updates

Different sources may update at different intervals. Where available, we show when a price was last checked or refreshed. Retailers may change prices, stock or promotions between updates, so always confirm the final price on the retailer's website.

What we compare

We try to match products using reliable identifiers such as model numbers, SKUs, GTINs or EANs, product specifications and product names. Where a match is uncertain, it may be held for review instead of automatically being treated as equivalent.

Shipping

A cheaper item price does not always mean a cheaper delivered price. Where shipping costs are unknown, we do not claim that an offer is the cheapest delivered option.

Community Finds

Customers and community members can help us discover prices and products. Community-submitted information may be reviewed before publication and may be corrected or removed if it appears inaccurate.

Retailer coverage

Outdoor Price Finder does not claim to compare every Australian retailer or every product available. Results represent the offers currently available to our comparison system.

Commercial relationships

Some retailer links may generate affiliate commissions and some businesses may pay for advertising or enhanced exposure. These relationships do not give a retailer the right to alter genuine price-comparison rankings.

Found an incorrect price?

Prices move quickly. If you see a price, product match or retailer listing that appears wrong, use the site's Report a Price or Community Finds feature so it can be reviewed.
