Outdoor Price Finder is built to help Australians find and compare outdoor gear. If something is wrong or unclear, please tell us so we can investigate it.

Product, price or link corrections

Use the feedback or Community Finds tools on Outdoor Price Finder to report an incorrect price, broken retailer link, missing product, stock issue or product-match problem. Include the product name and retailer where possible.

AI and ChatGPT plugin support

The Outdoor Price Finder AI/plugin connection is read-only. It can search public OPF products and compare published retailer listings; it cannot place orders, take payments, edit listings, access admin areas or read member/customer records.

If an AI result looks wrong, please include the question you asked, the product shown and the retailer result that needs checking. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, API keys or other secrets.

Retailer and business support

Retailers should use their OPF retailer portal where available or reply to their existing OPF onboarding, billing or support correspondence for account-specific help.

Outdoor Price Finder does not complete retailer purchases. For order, payment, delivery, warranty or return issues after a purchase, contact the retailer that sold the product.
