Manual OPF social promotion: Included social placements are manually published by Outdoor Price Finder on selected OPF-owned channels, subject to creative approval and platform suitability. Advertisers can send original creative files by replying to their OPF onboarding/advertising email. Social promotion is clearly identified as sponsored/advertising where required and does not affect organic price ranking.
Advertising coverage: Local covers one nominated local market, Regional one Outdoor Price Finder region, State one Australian state or territory, National Australia-wide, and National Featured uses premium Australia-wide inventory. Agency and sponsorship arrangements can be negotiated separately. Paid advertising never changes organic price ranking.
Ranking promise: paying for a plan or advertisement does not allow a retailer to purchase a false lowest-price position. Genuine comparisons remain based on the available price data.
Paid plan billing: the Verified, Featured and paid Advertising plans shown above are recurring monthly subscriptions at the displayed monthly price. National Featured starts at the displayed $599/month base rate; negotiated agency, sponsorship or expanded inventory can be quoted separately before payment. Sending an application does not start billing. If your application is approved, you must separately complete Stripe checkout before a paid subscription begins, and the recurring charge is shown before payment. You can request cancellation of future renewals at any time by replying to an Outdoor Price Finder billing or onboarding email. Cancellation requests will be actioned promptly. Your rights under Australian law are not limited by this process.

What your registration authorises

Registration allows Outdoor Price Finder to display and maintain information about your business and products on the Outdoor Price Finder platform. This can include your business name, website, publicly available product information, product links, prices and availability, together with information you provide through your retailer account.

Registration does not give Outdoor Price Finder access to your website administration, ecommerce login, customer records, orders, payment information, emails or other private business systems, and it does not allow us to make changes to your own website. Any future connection requiring private credentials, an API or another private system requires separate authorisation.

You can ask Outdoor Price Finder to stop public-page monitoring or update your listing information at any time.

Retailer FAQ

Does paying improve my price ranking?

No. Paid plans and advertising can improve visibility, but they do not buy a false lowest-price ranking.

How does Free Spotlight work?

Free Spotlight is selected by Outdoor Price Finder for suitable local or community businesses. Spotlights are temporary, rotate fairly and have an expiry date. It is not guaranteed with a free listing.

How does verification work?

We take reasonable steps to confirm that the applicant is authorised to represent the business. Verification is not an endorsement or guarantee of the retailer.

What happens if my prices change?

Verified and Featured partners can submit corrections and updates. Automated or approved feeds may also refresh prices. Customers are still encouraged to confirm the final price on the retailer website.

What does registration let Outdoor Price Finder access?

Registration allows us to use the business and product information supplied to Outdoor Price Finder and publicly available information that the retailer has authorised us to monitor. It does not give us access to website administration, customer data, orders, payments, email or other private business systems.

Can I manage my own listing?

Approved retailer accounts can manage or request changes to key profile, product, price, stock and link information while sensitive changes remain reviewable by admin.

How is billing handled?

Applying does not start billing. Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions at the displayed monthly price. After approval, Stripe checkout shows the recurring charge before payment. You can request cancellation of future renewals at any time by replying to an Outdoor Price Finder billing or onboarding email, and the request will be actioned promptly.

Can I advertise without changing my product ranking?

Yes. Advertising is deliberately kept separate from organic price-comparison ranking and is identified as promotional placement where appropriate.
